And anyone with omnisphere 2 could just send me the installer, the installer for the discs isn't linked to your serial number and has nothing to do with authorization, the authorization is one of those challenge code things that is done through spectrasonics servers on your user account page.

This kind of protection means that the software can only be installed on one machine. In which case trying on another machine wont help if they already have this unique identifier matched up with your apple.

It could even be that a new peripheral on your system is not compatible with the installation! Anyway the problem probably isn't anything to do with what I've mentioned. Could be anything. Unless you know the secrets of this installation protection (and you don't) you can't say where the problem is. My advice would be to ask them the best way to completely uninstall what you have and reinstall with a completely new account.

You may even have to get new DVDs. This would hopefully take away any identification problems as it seems to me that their protection is blocking you from downloading your installer for some reason.

First thing - I would try other browser or simply an incognito mode which usually disables all add-ons too. Second thing. Some companies, like Lenovo are actually installing sort of a trojan horses on your computers that decrypt https connections and can do weird ****: But you claim you tried it on two different computers so that is not it.

You used VPN, so it is not your home router or ISP. So to me it either way looks like a problem with Spectrasonics website. Either it only fails in Firefox (which you can easily confirm by trying other browser) or they have different bug. Maybe you tried your password too many times and failed and now they try to redirect you somewhere, but that 'somewhere' has a bug and redirects you in a way that causes a loop. Either way - you tried different hardware, different internet connection - so now try a different browser and if it doesn't work: it is not your fault.

The page works, yes but it's when you login the problem occurs, it can't be to do with cache because i even tried it on my ipad and a clean windows 8.1 with clean internet explorer i've just tested it on a clean version of Opera and it still does the same thing but now it has a different message 'you was redirected to. From my brief playing around with the plugin my initial impression is positive & the granular engine is probably one of the most nicest sounding I have used on a software plugin, I did have some problems with CPU especially when you have multiple sound sources running two separate granular engines together but it seems to be stable (running on 2048 buffer, which is the highest you can go), I can always freeze tracks if its using too much.
