You have to be student and have to be a member of the autodesk site. I didn't get further than this since i am not a member. If you register with autodesk, you can dl trial versions and stuff from their site. Autocad 2006 won't work with 64 bit. Looks like only autocad 2010 and higher work with 64bit.
