I tried to factory reset and i lost my lights what should i do to fix it? Or is it just a mobo replacement as in the AlienFX chip in on a new mobo?

A motherboard replacement would be simplest although the most expensive option. Depending on your skillset you could try to program the AlienFX chip directly but it involves a lot more know how and as I haven't done it before I cannot provide a guide.
